Lost $ on this product

It does not stick to pool deck very well even after cleaning the surface. Glue to this vinyl sticker is dried out most likely. Customer already brought me back 1 sign back to me and one of them is in pool. Really think that glue needs to be stronger because it came off from clean surface in less than 24 hours after it was installed. Thank You
